Patient choice thwarted

Around 320 people with chronic illnesses are being denied access to homeopathy by Brent Primary Care Trust, the Harrow Observer reported this week. The government’s growing emphasis on the importance of patient choice in healthcare continues to run counter to what is happening in reality, within individual PCTs. The local newspaper asks: So where is patient choice?
